16888 SE 110th Court Road

Yesterday, we were fortunate to have the opportunity to shoot a truly great home in Summerfield, Florida located at 16888 SE 110th Court Road.

The home is in the Stonecrest development, next door to The Villages, so that the new owners will be able to enjoy the many public events that happen in the various Villages environments. That in addition to the activities provided for them at the facilities in Stonecrest itself.

The home is a pool home with the requisite birdcage netting. The setting also includes a patio area and covered lanai. The backyard is nicely landscaped with lush plantings, which continue on around the home to the front curb.

It is a three bedroom model, with a living room, dining room and kitchen. Two full baths, one ensuite in the master bedroom along with an immense closet, the other in the hallway between the other two bedrooms. The main floor is also the location of the laundry room. As is common in Florida, there is only the main floor. We haven’t had to photograph a basement yet.

The location of the rooms provided the challenge of exhibiting to the viewer how the rooms meshed with each other, and being able to light them so as to not leave black holes for the viewer to try to determine just what is there.

Plenty of green landscaping available to show through the open windows. Only a couple of places where blinds were left drawn, so as to not prominently display the neighbor’s property.

A couple of the views of the rear exterior needed to have the sky replaced due to the angle of the sun. We used the method described in a previous post.

Please enjoy the views of 16888 SE 110th Court Road:
