As I was leaving to travel to the property, the agent contacted me and said there was an above ground pool/spa that I should not include in the photographs as it was sold and would be removed the next day. When I arrived, there it was…parked in the spot where a new owner might want to park a recreational vehicle….
So with a little help from my Photoshop application, we were able to provide the picture of the parking area without the pool….
As is normal, we provided the photographs to the agent along with a Virtual Tour. The virtual tours are responsive, meaning that when viewed on various devices, it will resize to accommodate the viewing area.
The home itself is located just north of The Villages, off of Highways 441 and 27. It has four bedroom with two and a half baths. The kitchen has an adjoining breakfast area and the living room/dining room combination has a cathedral ceiling. There is a four season lanai looking over a fenced rear yard with numerous flowering plantings and nicely landscaped.
Many of the photographs are composites of multiple flash pops in order to light adjacent rooms (not leaving them looking like black holes) in order to facilitate the viewers idea of the flow of the home. We took 160 photographs in order to present the agent these 34 views for Multiple Listing purposes.
